“ An absolute jewel of a find! A fresh January morning walk brought us to Quince on the recommendation of friends - and what a dream! It’s the beating heart of a tiny village and very popular with walkers, cyclists and families. The food is incredible, the staff so warm and friendly, and the plethora of cakes are truly impressive (and delicious). Jack, we’ll be back! ”

“ You don't know what truly amazing sausage rolls are until you try these. The coffee is also great, and the avo smash. The place is really comfy and quaint inside and even though it was full, the service was super attentive and quick. A place to come back to! ”

“ We had the most delightful brunch at Quince and Clover. The service was outstanding — the lady who looked after us was so patient, kind, and accommodating. Despite us changing our minds a few times on food and drinks, she handled everything with such grace and a smile, which really made our experience feel extra special. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and perfect for a relaxed brunch before exploring the nearby towns and villages. One small note: there are no toilets on site. They kindly suggested the pub next door, but as it didn’t open until 12, it wasn’t an option for us during our visit. We had travelled far and I was very desperate! The seating is very limited so be prepared to sit outside or bag a takeaway it’s worth it! That said, the warmth of the service and the quality of the food more than made up for it. A truly wonderful spot that I’d highly recommend to anyone visiting the area! ”

“ After spending the night in Duns Tew we looked online for a coffee shop to visit before making the journey home. Finding Quince and Clover we decided to pay a visit. What a beautiful gem of a place. Only small, so we were very lucky to get a table. We were asked if another couple could share the table with us, as we had 3 spare seats, which we didn’t mind at all. The service, 5 star, the coffee, 5 star, the food 5 star and the ambiance 5 star. We felt envious of the residents of Great Tew, that get to call this place their local. Would love to visit again if we are ever in the area. ”

The delightful little Cotswold village, the pretty cottage, the general ambience, and the delicious food...couldn't fault it and will be back. PS Have been back and it's still amazing. “ We were staying at a cottage in Great Tew and fortunate to have this cafe on our doorstep for the duration of our stay. Had pastries and coffees each day but decided to eat in one day and had there bacon and egg bap, I was nervous if any bacon and egg bap could be worth £14 but am happy to say this bad boy was elite! Loads of perfect, crispy bacon and wonderful ingredients. Its breakfast bap utopia! ”

“ Drove 30 minutes for a breakfast date, we were for sure rewarded. Food was fantastic, everything was perfect if you ask me. Small venue, so it was a big risk to get a table or not but we luckily did. Service was also great. I was very jealous of my girlfriend’s bacon and egg sandwich, these guys make simple things look and taste insane using the best quality of ingredients. Worth the journey and if it’s a nice day take a walk after ”

“ Lovely birthday lunch, would highly recommend a visit! The menu is quite small but the choice has something to suit everyone and everything we tried was fantastic, you could taste it was all good produce and made with care. The cake and ice cream selection was also very good. The staff were all super friendly and the café itself was warm, cosy and welcoming. We can't wait to go back! ”
